My septic backed up resulting in 2” of wastewater in my basement, I called this company at 7:00 am to come pump out my tank, they said they would come in the afternoon. At 2:00 I called again to ask if they knew a time, he said he was in a town 30 minutes away pumping one first, he never called or showed up. Called them on June 6th, 23 to pump my septic. Called several times since then, and now it’s July 24th and they still haven’t come. My home is sold and closes on Wednesday, but won’t close if the septic isn’t pumped. I may lose the sale of my house and a whole lot of money! Now they won’t even answer my calls.
