This is take out only and it's a little weird. Yes, it's under another building, no you can't go in, yes they will bring it out. The food is "a little weird, "for example the chicken is a giant chicken breast pounded flat instead of the typical chicken chunks dredge in cornflower batter... But trust me, the flavor can't be beat. Typical of the area, flavors are americanized.
