The massage was okay the masseuse was the only one speaking English and had to continuously stop to answer the phone The overall experience was quite unprofessional and made for an uncomfortable environment. I have noticed this is becoming an ongoing issue at your establishment, and I wanted to bring it to your attention as it negatively impacts the quality of the service.

I came in and let them know I use ChatGPT to help communicate in Mandarin, which wasn’t a problem. The issue was the service itself — it felt rushed, and we were pressured to get dressed quickly at the end. They also asked for a tip directly, which made things uncomfortable (I always tip, and I still did). Unfortunately, the massage didn’t feel intentional or relieving at all. If you’re looking for a place to actually release tension and have a thoughtful experience, this is not it. Very poor service.

Hands down the best massage I’ve had in a long time! The staff is warm and welcoming, and the spa environment is spotlessly clean. My therapist’s technique was excellent, relieving my tension without any discomfort. I left feeling light, calm, and very pampered.
