Worst phone repair shop in the area , avoid at all cost , put in new screen and it broke two days later when replacing phone cover , funny how the screen broke but the screen protector didn’t , avoid at all costs. Dodgy dodgy dodgy If he says no to a refund or repair just make a scene and watch him buckle under the pressure .
I had my phone repaired here and, although the screen unfortunately broke again after a month, the staff handled it really well. They gave me a discount the first time, and when it broke again a couple of days later, they fixed it for free. The service is fast, the team is super friendly, and overall I’m happy with how they handled everything. I’d definitely recommend them for their excellent customer service!
Asked for a c type usb adapter and the lady sold me a c type looking adapter. Had to go back the next day to get a refund. All my time wasted and not even an apology !
They fixed the back camera in my iphone and the results was really good, the girl who works there also is so nice I don’t remember her name but she is massive
This shop is stealing phones!! Reported to police and ACCC. Do not give them anything. Pretended to change a screen and stripped my phone off! Nothing is working. Extremely awful owner. One more report to the police for this shop. I should have trusted all the bad comments
