Really happy with this company. I was looking for a new VoIP paging system for a manufacturing plant and these guys came through with a great system, great customer support and very fair prices. My sales guy (Liyu) is still responsive with questions well after I purchased. My tech rep (Maria) has also been very responsive and friendly. They really know what they’re doing over there.
The Netbell-NTG has all the features a manufacturing facility will need. For now, we are using it for breaks and shift change, quality inspection reminders, severe weather alerts, and emergency evacuations. If the need arises, we can add visual cues as well. The system works well but is a bit cumbersome to setup. Have no fear and don't let that sway you from buying this unit because they are easy to get ahold of and offer exceptional support in getting you passed any hurdles you might face.
