I appreciate the professional care I get when I go into Urgent care. The staff is trained to understand my needs with my breathing issues. Linnea has seen to my needs for my exacerbations wtih my COPD and Asthma. I like that they are all connected with my medical file so that there is no real guessing but can see the pattern with my illness. She has a very kind manner and I feel I can trust her judgement.
She was great and sweet. There was one moment where she told me pretty out of the blue that I could have cancer, and that freaked me out a bit. I went to my primary care doctor and they said it was nothing to worry about. So that was pretty frustrating. But other than that, she was very sweet.
