Do not use them ever, it took them over a month to finish our appraisal which we were told was going to take one week. By them taking so long our loan had to be redone and the interest rates have went up so it's costing us an extra $120 a month. They have got to be the most worthless appraisers in the area. On top of that, older homes in our area are selling for over $100 per square foot and they gave us $85 a square foot on our brand new build. Avoid them at all costs. AWFUL. Do not use. Does not respond. Does not get appraisal done in a timely matter.
DO NOT USE. It took them exactly a month to get out and “do the appraisal” which consisted of a quick walk through of the house. Then 6 weeks later failed to turn in their appraisal and would not get back to me or the bank after multiple attempts during that time frame. (10 weeks in total) I’m now out $500 on my appraisal fee AND am stuck having to go through the entire mortgage process again and take a higher interest rate because of them because the lock expiration. Horrible it's been three weeks on a appraisal and the the turn around for a VA refiance is 5 days. Wouldn't recommend this place to anybody.. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
