Today I witnessed an interaction that truly concerned me and felt worth sharing for the sake of future clients. As I was entering the building where my child receives speech therapy, a mother with two young neurodivergent children and another older neurodivergent child walked in just ahead of us. After the completion of our Linnane home last year, we feel compelled to express our disappointment. In some instances, Linnane corrected their errors and subcontractor mistakes, while in other instances the builder offered sub-optimal solutions or an outright refusal to fix problems and errors, which resulted in us taking on the responsibility/expense to fix these problems.
