Our washer broke and I ordered a washer and dryer from Home depot on October 2nd 2021.The delivery date was October 22nd. On that day the Linn Star Transfer gave me a delivery window from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The truck came in front of our house at 7:00 PM (one hour late). The driver refused to deliver the appliances saying that “it is unsafe”. I don’t get it: it was not the first delivery for me and I have never heard anything like that before.
