Very unprofessional. Will NOT help anyone with a payment plan to get student loans via CEFCU paid down. Most loans go into default because the person cant afford the payment. If she would work with people to make a more affordable payment maybe she'd have more loans paid in full at this time. Makes sense to me!! I'm just waiting for her to retire so hopefully these loans she holds over everyone's heads get transferred to someone else that wants to work with you to get them paid. With regards to a judgement made against me by Westervelt, Johnson, Nicoll & Keller Linn Perkins (Peoria, IL) via CEFCU. So I keep paying and the balance doesn't seem to go down and the receipt they keep sending me is for well over what we agreed upon in the agreement. Plus the whole situation just seems predatory. I have no clue how the sum was allocated to the school UIS, and I feel like they're making a concerted effort to profit off this judgement.
