I actually enjoyed the people i worked with, and the work is not that hard. You just have to deal with heat if you work in excrusion. I work at another factory now, but I don't regret working for Linn.
I have only been here for 6 months but it has been a great place to work at so far. Management is good and so is the atmosphere. As long as you show up on time and do your job you will be fine!

Jist reached 90 its okay not great not bad like all jobs you have your ups and downs not a fan of the point system as someone who is almost never late and never calls in even i worry about the points being not enough if something happens never the less other than that it seems nice bosses and coworkers seem kind :) God Bless
I worked there back in the 90s. Ted Gordon, John Bly, Brian Ruby, Jason Cove.It was a good place to work at and the pay was decent. I still have my calipers 🤣
