I bought a car with only 1,100 km on it, and after a few months, half of the radio screen stopped working. I took it in for inspection, and they told me they would replace the radio and that they would call me to arrange the repair. However, after almost three months, I had to call them again for an update. They told me I would need to wait until May to get it fixed. The service manager Steve was rude and arrogant. I was initially told the repair (which was a safety recall) would take 2months, after the 2 month period i was told, "I will prioritize customers who are paying for repairs before attending to yours as hyundai is paying for your repair so you should just be grateful". The repair took 7months after getting assistance from the hyundai head office. As good faith hyundai performed a wof however I still haven't got the physical paperwork for this. Bought a used car off Linn motors a while back, good service but not the fastest.

Way beyond helpful, will go out of the way for there customers, can't be highly recommended enough
