I have been seeing Dr. Linn for about 20 years. Always quick, thorough in his exams. He always takes the time to discuss things which I appreciate.
I find Dr. Linn to be a smart and compassionate doctor. He has treated me for a rather insidious disease and I felt we were truly partners in my care. He listened, gave me good options and helped educate me on my condition. We consistently shared information on new breakthroughs and he says current on the latest research. I highly recommend him.
The good doctor thinks he has transcended being a mere doctor and is now some kind of sage or something. Watch as he tries to impress you when you are sitting in front of his desk. He has a computer that he can type at and it is mirrored on a screen positioned for the patient to see. So, obviously, he can Google stuff and go to doctor's sites, etc. He thinks this is "cutting edge" technology and thinks that he is impressing you or something. I have seen Dr. Linn for procedures many times over a decade, and I have found him very kind and good at what I need him to do. No errors. I highly recommend him. I can't speak for his office staff, as I usually see him in the Endo unit of the hospital, but he is great.
Unfortunately I did not get to see Dr Linn. His front office staff totally lacks bedside manor and the ability to handle conflict and not judge. I walked out. They were condescending, and judgmental. It went down hill fast when I stuck up for myself. They should have backed down but continued to digress. Save your energy and see another one of the many Gastro DRs unless Dr Linn retrains his staff. If they or he would have called me and apologized, I would not have written this review.
