Updated review: Service has greatly improved since my original review 2 years ago. All staff is very kind and helpful. My only critique is that I never have the same worker to create rapport with, so I have to give the rundown to someone new each time. Also, the office keeps changing locations every couple of years. Figured I should repost since it's been a few years. They are a lot better about answering the phone, and they even called me back one time when she figured out one of my questions. They're always super kind.

Never seem to answer the phone! Called over ten times to figure out what time my appointment was and can't get a call back or anyone to answer its really frustrating. I've left messages in the past and never get a call back seriously should consider getting more receptionists or someone capable of answering the phone and returning calls

I have been calling all day long and not once have they answered my call.. it’s frustrating!

They won't answer the phone or return my calls. Also my benefits aren't getting loaded. In the past, workers were very helpful and kind. Lately I can't ever get a hold of anyone, I've been to many offices over the last decade and there's never been a moment that it's so busy no one can answer the phone or call back within minutes. Whoever manages this office might want to see what's the heck the receptionists are up to throughout the day, because it doesn't seem to be their job.
