Called, wont take a payment over the phone. Told me they would send me a text with another phone number. Never received a text. Ended up paying through a different number I had to find on Google. Why make it hard to pay my bill, so you can dock on $20-$40 for a late payment? Not impressed.

Your website and phone payment options are awful; they don't accept my debit card due to a glitch!!!!!!!!
