Accused us of creating a document with a fake signature and after they were proved wrong wouldn't apologize or admit fault. Wasted time and energy on trying to prevent a simple transaction.

I went to the recorders office to get my passport which had lapsed. I was sent to the Recorder by the CR post office. The post office would have had me wait a week for a passport appointment. The postal clerk told me to go to the Recorders office that it was on a first come first serve basis. Being that I was on vacation from work I decided to give the Recorders office a try.
