Scheduling is the biggest hassle. You’re not allowed to say when you’re available — they’ll just keep assigning you random appointments (VIA SNAIL-MAIL, seriously. You have to wait for a letter to know when your next appointment is) that don’t fit your schedule until one eventually works. Inefficient and frustrating beyond measure!!!
