Iook, I am not one to complain, but I had to make an account for this. I would advise going in and talking to someone instead of the phone. I get it, you think you're something, but parts department is not it. To bad you didn't give name? That would mean taking accountability for something for once. you're not him man. I broke my excavator and they fixed me up quick and affordable. The parts department is top notch and the service department is too. Nobody likes a salesman but I'll buy my next machine from them because of the other 2 departments lol
This store was really good until OES took over. They have gotten rid of two veterans due to their health concerns. Please stay away.

In April of 2023, I purchased a L6060 HSTC with a L1055 front end loader with the following components from LInn-Benton Tractors in Tangent, Oregon. L8387 Mid mount PTO L2265 3rd function valve kit L2260 3rd function quick coupler L2262 One lever 8 hose quick coupler The tractor has been great and I have no complaints with it, but after a year and a half I am still trying to obtain the remainder of my full refund of the cancelled L2262 8 hose quick coupler which had not even been shipped from Kubota.
