Tom did a great job getting the pet stains out of the carpet. He was on time, friendly, and gave some advice for taking care of the carpet if future pet accidents happen. 6/5 stars.

Hands down Tom is our Go-To Guy for carpet cleaning. Tom was knowledgeable and friendly. He has a passion for his work, and it shows. His skill and products took out the toughest grease stains and oil marks on our carpet in the lobby and demo room. We highly recommend Tom and Linn-Benton Carpet Cleaning!

Fantastic job done by LB carpets! He was friendly, flexible with my schedule, efficient AND affordable!!! My carpets needed a deep cleaning as we have had two large dogs and a cat as well as 3 children. They look good as new and completely dry within hours. HIGHLY recommend LB carpet cleaning! Very happy with the results.

Tom did an excellent job cleaning our very dirty carpets when we moved into our house in March. He was very flexible in scheduling our appointment - I had to reschedule when we closed a week later on our house than expected. He also gave me some great tips and info on the carpeting in our new home. He is very pleasant to work with and did an excellent job. I would definitely use his services again. Highly recommended!
