I spent 3 weeks here after a fall, with fractures to my left shoulder and pelvis. The nursing staff was kind and very helpful. I received PT/OT 5 days a week and went from not being able to walk or take care of myself to being independent with my care. I'm grateful to all of the staff.

my wife is in there right now and im trying to get her out. it seems its about money want to keep her till her insurance wont pay anymore but what isnt someone stole her phone charger had to bring a replacement so i could call her went in on saturday the whole place smelled like poop badly her room was filthy with trash around her bed she spilled water in her bed accidentally and they didnt change her for 3 hours she stayed wet and said was freezing was supposed to have a doctor check on her and there hasnt been one yet sen... read more

Post acute was the worst place I have ever been in. It was nasty, you could not get water, the nurses ignored any request for pain medication even Tylenol. They had no supplies-wash cloths, socks, proper fitting diapers etc. I wound up with COVID and had to be quarantined for 10 days in another part of the place! The food was always ice cold and I was served expired milk twice! I would never never go back there. There were a few good nurses but the majority was incompetent.
