Had rain water enter my home from stopped up gutters and water entering the soffits then ran down the inside of the block wall. Had just bought the house, so much for full disclosure. My tile was 10 years old and the high traffic areas were getting pretty grungy. I called Linky’s and set up an appointment for a cleaning. The communication was excellent, they showed up on time, moved what few pieces of furniture needed moving, and described the entire process to me. The cleaning went quickly and the tile looks SO much cleaner. Then I brought up grout sealing and they said they could do that too. It only took maybe an extra 20 minutes and I’m glad I had it done. Christian is very responsive and get back to you within minutes. They came out gave me a quote and was there the day they said. If you need your carpets done or patched I would call them before anybody else! 10/10 service. Thank you guys for all your hard work and dedication.
Wonderful family owned business. Did an awesome & professional job with cleaning carpets & the tiles/grout in my entire home at a very reasonable price. Everything looks brand new. recommend!!!!
