My daughter waited over three years for this appointment, so we expected a respectful and professional consultation. Unfortunately, our experience with Dr Chava was extremely disappointing. As soon as my daughter tried to ask simple questions, Dr Chava became very rude, aggressive, and dismissive. She made my daughter feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, instead of explaining the situation calmly like a professional should.
