Words could never express the gratitude I have for The senior practitioner at links medical practice. She went above and beyond for me and my daughter helping us to get referred for adhd- while others services refused my daughter an assessment, this lady spent two whole days to help us with our right to choose. Doctors are good, the phone queue is a joke. I got kicked out after getting to first place and the one receptionist is rude. You know who I mean.
I joined here recently after my last gp surgery was not to good. I have found it very good. I Have had welcome messages from the practice and the name of my GP. Had appointment with nurse for checkup who was very friendly and welcoming I have made an appointment on line for myself and my son and had an appointment the same day for us both. I find the whole practice from receptionists up to GPs very friendly and welcoming I would recommend this to anyone.
Recently changed doctors and I absolutely cannot fault links medical. Nothing was too much trouble. Friendly and efficient staff. Things I've been asking my previous doctor for years to do was done in a matter of minutes 10/10
