We recently stayed in one of the Links Lodge suites for our wedding at a nearby venue. The property exceeded my expectations - the suites were modern, spacious and clean with beautiful views from the windows and the location was quiet. I booked via booking.com but was in touch with the property directly prior to our stay to clarify a few requests and the customer service received was excellent. I made the booking back in March for a one-night stay over the King's Birthday long weekend. When we arrived, we were told that check-in was just about to close at 5PM. Thankfully, Pete, the accommodation manager, stayed back to help us check in, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, our booking through Trip.com clearly stated a King-sized bed in a non-smoking room, but their records showed two single beds in a smoking area.
