They installed the unit in my brand new home and nothing but problems followed. Try to call them and never get a return call. They didn’t install a vent in my laundry room and when I called them they said they would do it and then ghosted from then on. I am supposed to have a warranty on their unit but do to them never communicating I’ve had to use Hilliard. Hilliard has saved the day more then once on Links system.

Have had the Mitsubishi mini split system for two winters and Blake has still failed to fix a bad vibration problem. He has came out several times and tried some things. The absorbers got rid of most of the vibration noise inside my house but now the outside roars so loud with vibration it sounds like an airplane flying right over the top of my house. I have to turn the inside units off at night so i can sleep. He tells me he will call me back but then never does. He has yet to come back and put insulation on the absorbers. ... read more

I am a very kind, optimistic, person. I am from Nashville and my father has a small mobile home on the lake in Bumpus Mills, Tn. My father is 84 years old so I trusted a local company that had good reviews to install a new heat and air unit in my father’s trailer. This is not his permanent residence but enjoys coming to the lake and fishing. The unit was installed over a year ago and we have yet to ever have any cold or hot air from the unit.
