Terrible car wash, was decent when it 1st opened some years back. A majority of the employees aren’t doing anything, always have to ask for towels bc they’re never out. When they do put the towels out, they’re dirty and leave streaks on your car. They half ass spray you car before the wash, 80% of the time they only spray the windshield and if they spray the car it’s only the driver side, rarely the back gets sprayed and never do they spray the right side. Each time I go to Links car wash I am met with the best customer service ever. Today, Jason ran my mats through machine to clean them. The guys have the best attitude I have witnessed in a long time. I often refer my family to Links. They will always be my “go-to” car wash.
We visited this location for a wash on our way through today and the wash did great!! The customer service was excellent! We were greeted by all the staff and they were very friendly. Thank you!!
