The best car wash in Charlotte. Darius really went above and beyond with customer service. I was unsure on the wash package amd had questions to thr type of wash. He was very patient and fully explained the options. When the wash finished he even checked on me to make sure everything went well. Thank you Darius for the excellent service. I can't wait to be back for another wash.
Get the monthly membership package, great staff
I want to like this wash but can’t. Went to its grand opening and tried it again with the most recent offer. It doesn’t properly rinse off my car and soap remains in all sorts of crevices. Forced to use towels underneath the rear lip, side mirrors and door rail post wash. Not enough spray bottles available (only saw one) even though it wasn’t busy at all. Horrible horrible scam of a place I get it. Some people wanna make car washes to make money however this is the worst car wash I’ve ever been to in my life the vacuums and everything sucks. I’ve put a video that should be pretty much straightforward into the point so that way you guys can understand why I would refuse to utilize this place ever again they sold me on a package that was $21 a month but then after two months it’s gonna go up to $42 if I was spending $42 a month on getting my car washed and this was the product ... read more
