Editing 2/17/26 - They finally responded to my email stating they never received any of my voice messages that I left which is concerning if that's the number they are providing to customers and the voice messages are going into a void. However, the fact they responded to my email is somewhat hopeful. I've provided them the information they requested and am still waiting on a resolution. Good service
Charlotte N Tryon This was a very good car wash when it first opened. There was good attention to detail and all the equipment seemed to work very well. As a result, my wife and I both bought monthly memberships. Unfortunately, the vehicles no longer come out clean after the wash. The attendants working there also have little attention to detail (cars are no longer pre-sprayed before washing),, the dryers do not work particularly well, and the drying towels are either non-existent or damp. The wash opens late, later than the time listed. Wasn’t satisfied with the wash itself. Though this is a very convenient location for me
