Super disappointing. Loved the vacuums but the actual car wash left my car still dirty and dusty. My jeep wasn’t even that dirty when I brought it in and came out exactly the same.
Update: I had an error with my account and called and spoke with management who told me they would follow up within 72 hours and that they would cancel my duplicate account. A week went by with no callback and no resolution so I called and spoke with another manager named Jess today that was able to quickly handle the situation and properly cancel my account and issue my refund. Excellent car wash with tons of extras that you will usually forget when you wash your car but this place though of everything and they have everything there at a reasonable price, kudos!!!!
