I had an emergency repair and the garage kindly fitted me in at short notice. Charlotte went above and beyond to make sure everything was completed within the very tight timescale I needed – the best customer service I’ve received from any industry in a long time! I later returned for more work and was equally impressed. They fitted a new alloy perfectly with no scratches (who knew a tyre could actually be fitted without some kind of damage to the rim – a first for me!).
