I would give no stars, but you know...I dropped of a bike on Feb 14, 2020 and have had zero contact from the shop. I call often and there's never an answer or call back. I have gone up to the shop several times when he's listed as open and no one is there. I am sad to say he has stolen my bike. Don't go here. It's so frustrating to have something like this happen. I have pictures of me dropping my bike off there and the ticket I was given at drop off. My next step is filing a police report.

Brian is a great guy. fixed my bike in no time. since it's my only means of transportation time matters. also awesome prices. only complaint I had was nobody answered the phone when I was checking to see if they was open. other than that is a 5* business. thanks again Brian

Bryan is an excellent person and a reliable bikesmith. Always wanting to help out young kids with their bicycle needs. Also does outstanding power coating.
100% best bike shop ever! Had a very special request and they went above and beyond would highly recomend this bike shop for all your bike needs
Very unreliable. There hours are 10-7. I came at 12:15 they had a sign posted back at 12:30. It is now 1:00 and they are still not back. � I have had better past experiences though.
Great experience, surpassed expectation with service and powder coat. We will be back.
