I have observed a consistent pattern of dishonest conduct in how you treat people. There is no rule stating that someone may only leave a review if they personally used your services. I have reviewed the messages, screenshots, and recordings related to this matter. At no point were storage fees disclosed, yet your shop continues to insist on charging them.
