Firstly, Linked did come promptly when asked that's a plus. However, I recommend you get a price of them first because we failed to and were billed $422.00 to essentially start a small truck which it turned out was only due to a flat battery. They also charge to use an apparently expensive diagnostic tool which we don't believe was worthwhile because the diagnosis (replacing the batteries) turned out to be incorrect. Extremely doubtful that we will ever use them again.
Highly recommend! I broke down during peak 5pm traffic at the Rode Rd roundabout of all places! Matt was on the phone immediately to get a mobile service out to me. All my worries were settled within 30sec of the call with a 'can do, no dramas' approach, followed by a mobile service turning up 10mins later. Being a great mechanic is one thing, but making someone feel like they're in safe hands is another bonus... These guys genuinely care for peoples well being and take a lot of pride in their craft!
