I agree its a great idea. My youngest daughter and i did bracelets back in june maybe May anyway mine broke right away and im not at all rough with jewelry. I went back several times to try and get it fixed within the 30 days as i do not live too close to the mall and each time i went it was closed not realizing they have different hours. very disappointed. only had my permanent bracelet on for legit one month & it already broke off. $60 wasted ... for that price they should be lasting way longer than that.
Little confused why they turned down my business, I wanted to have an heirloom charm I brought in permanently linked to a necklace, but the employee said they wouldn't work on anything that didn't come from the store. The store was empty and employee looked bored, so perhaps time for a policy change? I would have happily signed a waiver, as is I keep dropping the charm because I'm using non fused crimp links from Michaels and Amazon to hold it together. Absolutely loved Morgan today very nice professional and a great sense of humor! Highly recommend her and this location we purchased at least 6 items and we all made her laugh at one point to another ! Keep up the great work and keep smiling!
