very disappointed. only had my permanent bracelet on for legit one month & it already broke off. $60 wasted ... for that price they should be lasting way longer than that.
Little confused why they turned down my business, I wanted to have an heirloom charm I brought in permanently linked to a necklace, but the employee said they wouldn't work on anything that didn't come from the store. The store was empty and employee looked bored, so perhaps time for a policy change? I would have happily signed a waiver, as is I keep dropping the charm because I'm using non fused crimp links from Michaels and Amazon to hold it together. Absolutely loved Morgan today very nice professional and a great sense of humor! Highly recommend her and this location we purchased at least 6 items and we all made her laugh at one point to another ! Keep up the great work and keep smiling!

Went to the ocean county mall for Gertrude hawk lol ended up searching permanent jewelry nearby and just so happened there was a store here! Walked in and the women working were inviting and friendly. Quick and easy process. Happy with my anklet :)
