Nick and his Assistant provided outstanding customer service. They mounted my 55" TV over the fireplace using a Mantelmount MM540. They were professional and knowledgeable. When they opened the Mantelmount, the main part was broken in shipping. Nick contacted the company, had the part replaced, and shipped overnight. He provided the best customer service I have experienced in a long time.
