Love this place! Love all the options they offer, including solid gold. Walk-ins welcome. Cozy environment and playing good music. Kaylee is amazing at what she does here - I didn't feel judged at all for coming back 15 minutes later to get a bracelet resized. She really does give exceptional customer service, which makes such a difference for people like me! She is considerate, knowledgeable, and confident in her skill - and because of her, I will be back!
MLJ is a gem in itself! Their location at UTC mall is beautiful stylish and has some amazing pieces that you'll want to add to your closet! Highly recommend!
My daughter and I needed to get our bracelets fixed (from a different merchant) and we went to the booth at the waterside market and the lady was so kind and sweet! She waited for us and took the time to look at our bracelets and get us good as new! Very great business and definitely would go back again. You can tell they stand by their work and have a great business model!
Unfortunately I did not have a good experience like the reviews claim. The young lady who helped my sister and I was very nice. Unfortunately, when I got home 45 minutes later, the bracelet broke falling right off my wrist. I purchased the bracelet and Sarasota and was heading to the airport to go back home to Pennsylvania. I love my permanent bracelet stack! I have two so far, and definitely want to add a few more to the collection. Since I have such tiny wrists, I can NEVER find bracelets that are a good fit for me without them dangling so much. This makes it a perfect fit, and to help elevate any look!
