Asked Oliver for a 1 off help to get my lawn done, I explained to Oliver why I was requesting this and I offered to pay it off in instalments.. After a couple of weeks Oliver advised me that the maintenance team said they wont do it.... Place for feeling insufficient &self humiliation. over a decade all my applications rejected. Even for those I was only applicant! They intoduced a paradox which only serve themselves. Seems organization has pointing system but in final decision is by guts and feeling! Simply they say landlord choose someone else. They seems serving low income and most in need people but always looking for stronger income applicant no matter income limit advertised. Nobody here likes Link. They don't give a stuff if you need help, don't respond to emails/calls, but they harass you CONSTANTLY for their stuff (like their endless forms). Constant phone calls, Emails, texts, letters in the mail, letters attached to emails, and random staff at the door at anytime, and ALWAYS wanting to make home visits for no reason. So wack! Stop harassing the tenants. No other housing provider does this. It's friggen psychotic!! Zero Stars! We wanna go back to Dept of Housing!
