Worst customer service, we have emailed/called them to trim a tree that over shadows our building and has caused significant damages. They have a copy of counsel approval but will not share the details with us because privacy issue and we have been beating around the bush for two months now. The manager there is useless and will only talk like robot. Sorry but not helpful!!

Link Wentworth is probably the worst Community Housing Provider. The day Housing NSW handed our building over to them back in 2018 was the worst mistake. They are paid to maintain the building apartments and grounds and they do not apart from mow the grass and have a cleaner come in once a fortnight. The tenants in this
Well I filled all the criteria and this MARA said they wouldn't help as I had to go to Brisbane as I was issued a fraudulent CHANGE OF NAME CERTIFICATE WHICH I could have ended up in jail so it had to be corrected no heart for people thanks so left me on the street wonderful isn't it
