Not a great experience when looking at a property listed on realestate.com. First of all the photos of the property listed were not even remotely close to what was inspected. Secondly after driving from Brisbane to Byron for the inspection (4 hours return) And then 30min completing an application only to be told it was for NSW residents. Please do better and stop wasting peoples time !
Worst customer service, we have emailed/called them to trim a tree that over shadows our building and has caused significant damages. They have a copy of counsel approval but will not share the details with us because privacy issue and we have been beating around the bush for two months now. The manager there is useless and will only talk like robot. Sorry but not helpful!!

Link Wentworth is probably the worst Community Housing Provider. The day Housing NSW handed our building over to them back in 2018 was the worst mistake. They are paid to maintain the building apartments and grounds and they do not apart from mow the grass and have a cleaner come in once a fortnight. The tenants in this
