His driver neglected to clear off his load and totaled my windshield when a large rock fell off as I was passing oncoming. Easily proven with timestamped photos, location data, and by pulling his driver over immediately afterwards, the owner here immediately dismissed me because he thinks I can't prove it, rather than taking accountability for his employee's negligence. Not before wasting my time to attend his office in the middle of my work day when he hinted on the phone that he'd take care of it.
Owner is very rude, does not communicate or give updates. He openly treats employees terribly, has zero respect for anyone.
Doesn't care if customer wants a top cost. Will not.permit customer to purchase the parts needed. Grumbles and complains evey time you communicate with him. Sayd he called to ask questions when they never did.Place a LIEN on the truck immediately BEFORE the truck left the yard.
Had a CVIP done on my truck excellent work and a fair price. Would recommend Link Ventures for your mechanical needs.
They fix the things and I'm happy with results. So is my sister.
