I bought a vehicle here a few years back and will never buy another here. Upon picking up my vehicle, license plates were installed. A few weeks later I received two completely different plates in the mail. I went to the dmv and they tell me the plates the dealership installed are not registered “to anyone “ ?? Plus the sales manager was a real jerk.
I had body work done on my Aviator and it is perfect. It was completed in a few days. I can't say enough about Ken and the people who worked on my car. They're excellent. Highly recommend. Thank you
First of all when I called to make an appointment Carolyn O (Service Advisor) gave me many options on a day and time that worked with my schedule. Took our vehicle in for oil change and a recall she told me an estimated time on when it would be done and she was right on. Carolyn is very knowledgeable and explained what was all done with the service and even went over some other issues that are starting to show on the vehicle and talked about the fix. 5 star service
Went back in for a recall. Waited patiently. Very nice people.
