Shortly after my oil change here (where my engine air filter was marked “caution” on the inspection), my car began stalling and felt unsafe to drive. A mechanic found an air intake hose disconnected. Once reconnected, the car ran fine. I paid out of pocket to fix the issue. When I asked for reimbursement, they refused.
Got there are was helped getting my truck in and fixed. Was also helped with my extended service plan. So now I can use the plan. Nice people working there.
Link has gone above and beyond what was expected for issues that arose after purchasing my F150. Service has been prompt and they have stood behind what they sold.
