If I could give 0 stars I would. My mother accompanied me to pay my bill for a diagnostic appointment. Upon arriving to pay we were greeted by a younger man who very kind. He said he did not know where our paperwork was and that he would get Shawn the service manager. When he came to the counter he seemed upset that my mother and I had arrived to pay the bill without making an appointment.
