My experience with the shop was great. I had an oil leak while I was traveling. They got my truck in the shop and out within 24 hours. Very talented people I wish this shop was closer to my home.
This is specifically for the service shop. Spent 2 weeks in Rice Lake before and through July 4th weekend. Called on Thursday, July 3rd early, diagnostic was scheduled 2 business days later (Tuesday) and they fixed the problem the next day. Couldn’t dream of a better outcome. We had to drive 235 miles home right after and we made it, there are other things going wrong with the van but we were banking on that being the other thing preventing it from being road worthy.
