Brought my vehicle in for a recall related engine failure, they said the vacuum pump caused the engine failure, and that it was not covered under the open recall for oil tensioner and belt failure. I asked if it had oil pressure multiple times and each time the service writer drey said yes it has oil pressure. After a dispute with the service manager about it I PAID my "diagnoses bill" and brought it to another local dealer.
