Disappointing and disrespectful experience with Link Roofing. I had Nathan in my home in June to get me a quote for some ventilation work as well as a new roof. He sat and talked with me for about an hour, detailed all of the work he would do, and even set up a preliminary start date (said he would finish before July 4th and the impending heat wave). Called to schedule an estimate for a metal roof for my shed. Scheduled and confirmed (via email). Date of estimate and no one showed. Called, no answer since after business hours. Called the direct number of technician as listed on confirmed email and left a message. No call back the next day. I called the following day and rescheduled for new day. Worked with Evan from link roofing. was on time and super informative about everything. Gave me honest quotes and advice. We ultimately ended up going for a short term fix rather than replacing a portion or the entire roof, but I know who I'll be calling in 5-10 years. Truly exceptional service that's rare to find today.
