Randy was a life saver helping me get the parts I needed for my outboard. Boat was fixed just in time for a family reunion. This place has everything and great service.
Helpful in parts and how to fix the problem I was having
DON'T! Bought a new Sylvan pontoon from them and then needed parts. Ordered with down payment. Several assurances and months go by and a whole season without the use of the pontoon. Asked them several times to verify the part was coming. Over 9 monts later; Find out the part was never ordered. Lied to, no apology, no refund and no part. Can't give them the zero they deserve.
