NOT 1... ZERO stars. I live in a over 550K at The Jackson Building at 1145 N. High Street. LINK manages our property. This is the THIRD building that I have lived in managed by LINK. Kevin Haygood is the property general manager and Jeff is the building manager. They are incompetent and seem to have the opinion that we work for THEM. My HOA fee is over $1200/mo., and I get NOTHING for it. I served on the board in a volunteer capacity for a few months and had to quit because I feared impending litigation.
