What an absolutely unprofessional agency. Please do not buy or sell with this company. They string you along and manipulate the sale with documentation that is not presented in the correct manner. They did not inform us of multiple offers and lead us to believe our contract was sound and it HAD been signed and accepted by the owner? They will leave you with no explanations or reason. Extremely disappointed and untrustworthy.
I trying to getting touch with someone about my Rental Property by emailing Texting and by calling but no body responds to any of these and really bad management, no communication, no maintenance, no respect, just taking the money on time. Imagine buying your first home and dealing with this clown show, totally ruining the experience. Very long story short. Natasha Ruhl and Sam McFarland couldn't communicate their way out of paper bag. You would think a CEO would have more integrity within his business but I was mistaken. Would hate to think how they sell houses considering their property management is so sub par .
