Imagine buying your first home and dealing with this clown show, totally ruining the experience. Very long story short. Natasha Ruhl and Sam McFarland couldn't communicate their way out of paper bag. You would think a CEO would have more integrity within his business but I was mistaken. Would hate to think how they sell houses considering their property management is so sub par . I want to share my disappointing experience with Mr. Roger Evans, a real estate agent who has demonstrated a severe lack of trustworthiness. Roger has repeatedly misled me, causing significant delays and ultimately employing deceptive tactics to terminate our contract. We are i a property at Mango Hill that is looked after by Link Properties, They are a Disgrace they don't return phone calls & a Lady Called Jenna is a most Rude Person that does not listen, does not receive calls or emails. We have paid our rent twice for the same period sent in the Receipts issued by Link Properties still no response we have been waiting for 12 months to have simple things like every plug in the house not working the push down type, fan switch in my daughters room not working and dangerous.
