My experience was excellent referred by Home Group WA to fixed our gas problem was on time but did not have the part on the day but fixed it so it would work and then came back on another day to replace it. Arrived when they said they would and on the day. Would recommend differently
Link did a great job - installed new Rheem system within 24hrs and considerably improved the quality of the plumbing installation with their work.
The guys attended at an appropriate time frame and were very helpful. They were very respectful and done a great job
Great service.
Referred by Rheem who cancelled an appointment with no notice, to diagnose a hot water system using excess power. Link guys showed up on time and were friendly and efficient in carrying out the work they felt necessary. Unfortunately after fitting (and charging for) a new element and thermostat, the problem was not resolved. After multiple calls chasing them, eventually someone phoned me back to discuss, but I was subsequently ghosted, with no fix and $700 worse off.
