I feel Jude from Link Plumbing is dishonest and lacks accountability. I engaged Jude from Link Plumbing to replace my heat pump hot water system as my 17 years old system was leaking. Engaging Jude was pretty straight forward and he communicated promptly. He gave me quotes for 2 brands and I went with the best brand he suggested. He was quick to install the system, but his service ended after installation was completed which is very disappointing. My mother in law called for emergency hot water system to be replaced. Jude came 4 hours later with attitude and gave lip as if he was inconvenienced being paid overtime and taking a deposit from an elderly couple. Wouldn't call them to change tap

The plumber name Jude is one of the most disrepectful and undeniably rude tradesome we've come across. When someone tells you they'll be on-site at a specific time next day while they took a deposit, I darn expect them to be on time that day, not 3 hours after. Was supposed a simple, replace our hot water system. Jude and the team deserve every positive feedback they receive. No job is ever too big and their attitude and workmanship are great. We really appreciate this when they’ve been called out to fix things at our house and hear the same from others they’ve helped also. Thank you guys!
