So right before I was about to go into surgery for a cervical spinal fusion Dr Oni yelled on the phone what do you mean he called and left the building to go back to his office, I'm a vet with severe PTSD. so I asked to be put under early without the surgeon on premises. Dr Goyal started the appt confused as to why I was there. THEY scheduled me to see him because a small tumor was found. I did not feel comforted, more like I was wasting his time and I shouldn't have even gone in. Dr Nezhad was even worse. He didn't believe me in any way. I had to advocate strongly for myself to get a diagnostic procedure ordered, for a possible brain condition. (on top of the tumor) I was extremely concerned being in my mid 30's. I have received excellent care from Dr Nezhad, Dr Goyal and his PA's Brittni Mack, and Ryan Nakasone as well as his office personnel, particularly Matthew. Dr Goyal and Brittni Mack have gone above and beyond to make sure my surgery went well and checked in on me a couple of times a day with my recovery to make sure I was receiving the best care possible. Just yesterday I received a call to check on my recovery progress. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Goyal and his colleagues and Staff.
