I was trying to make an appointment and each time I called I was on hold then was given the option to receive a call back when it was my turn in line but I never received a call back. This happened 3 times. I called again and finally got through the office in Oxnard and I told the woman who answered that I had a referral and she didn’t say anything. It was silent. Terrible customer service over the phone. You have to make an appointment online so they can call you back because they won’t call you back if you queue over the phone. The lady who called after i scheduled anonline appointment wasso rude, sighed at me for saying i wanted to book an appointment with my referral, then didn’t accept my insurance that refferred me there. If their customer service is this rude and bad, i wonder how to doctors act. Dont waste your time here just get a referrel elsewhere
Dr. Oni is a great surgeon, but Link Integrated Health is horrible. We will not be returning. We are sorry to be losing such a wonderful Dr.
Dr. Lan is an excellent and knowledgeable doctor focused on the patient's health. She continually assesses and diagnoses neurological issues.
