This office is wonderful. I have never had a bad experience, I have been coming to see Dr. Jacobs for the last 15 years or so. Dr. Jacobs is the best. The office staff is amazing as well. First appointment for a 3 year old was 100% better than our experience at Yorktown Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Thaw and the hygienist were so patient, kind, and caring. My little one won't stop talking about how much she liked the dentist!
Great dentist office :) Everyone from the front office staff, assistants, dentists. Great with kids. Answered all my questions. Explained the treatment plan.

I went to Link, Jacobs & Link for the first time. It was the best dental experience I have had in decades. I had gone to a BIG dental practice on the south side for 30 years. It was OK. I liked the hygienist. But the treatment rooms were small and windowless. I felt like my feet were almost touching the wall. At Link, the treatment rooms are spacious.
