Very disappointing experience with Link Insurance. I paid my outstanding balance, but they still couldn't provide a simple letter confirming that my account has no balance owing. I have been requesting this document for the past five days, followed up again, and my phone calls were ignored. worst experience nobody responds to emails and messages after they pulled over 730$ from my account after i cancelled my policy and they did not refund me my full amount .....even when they promised to do so initially .....definitely do not recommend this company 👎
