I can't say enough good things about Mark Link at Link Heating and Cooling. He returned my call in under a minute, he's extremely knowledgeable and he diagnosed and fixed my issue in 15 minutes! Even better was that his pricing was much less than other companies I've used in the past! This was my first time using them and I will never use anyone else. I highly recommend them.
Our central air went out during the hottest part of the summer and Mark & Mark Jr. came out on a Saturday and within an hour had our central air running again. They also did a through check of our system and assured us our unit should be good for several years. Mark Sr was upfront with the hourly labor pricing and both he and Mark Jr were very professional and we will turn to them first for all our central air/heating services going forward. Great people to work with - wish we found them 10 years earlier.

In Sept 2023, Mark & Mark Jr came out to do an annual service check on my really ancient-but-reliable gas hot water heating system. My previous heating guy had retired earlier this year & after asking around a bit, someone mentioned Link Heating & Cooling.
