I have several strands of hair sticking straight out of my head from improper install after they reinstalled weft And the weft was installed way too tight to my head, unable to sleep, and it was giving me migraines. They do not care about the client.

Purchased 4 weeks ago, took 2 weeks to arrive (having paid £3.99 for shipping), and the product is nothing like the image on the website. It shows a wispy, curtain style bang in dark brown, but what I received was a thick heavy fringe in a reddish brown. As others have said, there’s zero after-sales service; sent emails, left messages, but no response. There are no updates on your order.
