Very nice people at Link Ford in Minong, easy to do business with, no high pressure sales and good prices. If you need a vehicle go to Link Ford first.
Trying to buy used car for high schooler. They forget the same people who might only be spending 12k this time are the same people who may come back for the 75k truck next time. They will not send me any inspection reports, tire depth thickness, brake pad thickness. Clearly hiding information and not at all an honest bunch. When i called the sales manager, and asked to see same reports, all of a sudden car was not for sale....they clearly do not like selling to informed buyers
Although I only went in for an oil change, I was greeted like I was someone buying a brand new car—big smile, hello, good to see you again, etc. felt like I was amongst family. They were so nice.
Link Ford customer service was wonderful. My family and I were driving through town when we experienced a flat tire. Not only were they able to find us a spare tire but they were able to fit us in their busy schedule at the drop of a hat. I wish I had a service center in Duluth that was this customer centric based.
Todd in the body shop is the best service advisor, it's going to be a sad day when he retires!
