I joined Link Fitness as an obese young adult with zero knowledge of CrossFit. I was told that all I needed to do was show up, so I did. They coached my development closely and carefully. There is a community of knowledgeable and gentle leadership here that is supportive always available to answer any questions. This gym has given my life structure, taught me about nutrition, and offered me a sense of belonging. I am so grateful to the owner, Elwyn, for continuing to guide me through my fitness journey.

I never thought I would enjoy working out, but thanks to Link Fitness I have a consistent routine and I love it. The women’s strength class is amazing for women of all level. I highly recommend this gym!
It has been a really pleasant experience joining this gym and working out. Everyone is always warm and inviting when I show up. There is no pressure to do any movements that I am not comfortable with, but there is always a helpful hand when I want to get better at a movement.
The coaches are awesome at what they do and make the workouts a lot of fun. Great way to show respect to our military vets and first responders!
